A Legal Career Built on Integrity, Experience, and Community
Victoria “Morgan” Bryant grew up in North Carolina, and has strong family ties in both Yancey and Mitchell County. After graduating from Mountain Heritage High School, Morgan completed her undergraduate studies at Appalachian State University, where she majored in political science and minored in criminal justice. Morgan then attended law school at Charleston School of Law. While in law school, Morgan served as Editor in Chief of the Charleston Law Review and also volunteered with a local public defender’s office and legal aid organizations.
Morgan is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Morgan began her legal career in Asheville, NC, with Roberts & Stevens, P.A., where she practiced employment law and business litigation.
In 2017, she moved back to Charleston, where she began practicing with McCabe, Trotter, and Beverly, P.C. Morgan’s legal practice was focused on real estate law, litigation, and general advice for non-profit community associations, condominiums, and developers.
Morgan and her family moved back to Burnsville, NC, in July of 2024, just two and a half months before Hurricane Helene completely decimated the area. Morgan and her family were fortunate in the aftermath of the storm, but so many friends and neighbors were not. In the several months of rebuilding following the storm, Morgan worked closely with friends to establish Mountain Strong: Yancey and Mitchell County Relief Team, a non-profit corporation aimed at providing disaster relief and rebuilding efforts in the area.
Having taken pride in working with close friends, family, and neighbors in her hometown community, and with the support of other lawyers and professionals in the area, Morgan decided to open her practice in Burnsville.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors, chasing waterfalls, traveling with her family, and coaching her daughter’s Little League teams.
